This policy does not apply to custom software development services, professional consulting, or contract engineering performed under separate service agreements or via freelance platforms (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr).
2. Data Processing & Storage Architecture
Our architectural approach prioritizes user data autonomy, privacy, and performance across all our software offerings:
- Local-First Processing: By default, our applications prioritize executing logic, computations, state management, and data transformations locally on your device. We do not inspect, upload, or sell your local dataset contents to third parties.
- User-Controlled Cloud Services & APIs: When you opt to utilize our specialized cloud features or remote API pipelines, data is transmitted, processed, or temporarily buffered solely to execute the requested workload. We do not permanently store your personal files, datasets, vector embeddings, or intermediate pipeline artifacts on our servers unless you explicitly choose to save, sync, or retain them.
- AI & Large Language Model (LLM) Integration: When executing AI-assisted analytical workflows via third-party LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI API), prompts or embeddings generated from your data inputs or table structures are transmitted securely solely to generate analysis outputs. We do not use your private data, dataset contents, or prompts to train public AI models.
3. Information We Collect & Manage
Depending on how you interact with our products and services, we may collect and handle minimal necessary information, including:
- Account & Authentication Data: When you sign up or log in using third-party identity providers (such as Google Sign-In or Apple ID), we receive basic profile details (name, email address, and provider user ID) required to create, verify, and maintain your account.
- Third-Party Credentials & User API Keys (BYOK): If you choose to supply your own third-party API keys (e.g., personal OpenAI API key) to power analytical pipelines, these credentials are used solely to authenticate your direct processing requests. User-provided API keys are encrypted and stored locally on your device or transmitted securely in-memory solely for request routing. They are never exposed, sold, or shared.
- User Inputs & Prompt Payloads: Data inputs, database table structures, vector index payloads, or textual prompts provided for AI and analytics processing are handled ephemerally. We do not retain prompt contents or generated LLM responses on our servers beyond the lifecycle of the active processing request.
- Technical & Service Telemetry: Anonymized crash logs, system diagnostics, and performance metrics to fix defects and optimize stability.
- Transaction Records: License validation, API usage metrics, and subscription status data managed securely via accredited payment and digital checkout partners. We do not store or handle full credit card information.
4. International Compliance & Rights
We comply with applicable global privacy standards, including Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Regardless of your region, you retain the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal account or contact data maintained on our systems.
